My learning log will include projects, assignments and thoughts about learning experiences.

Project 39: using faster film and higher sensitivity

For this project I took a number of similar photographs using a higher sensitivity. Some of the photographs where taken at ISO 200 and the other at ISO 400. When I viewed the photographs at 100%, there was a little noise showing at ISO 400.

Project 24: shapes

I liked the contrast between the over cast sky and the side of the shed.

For this photograph I played around the angle a bit. I also like shape of it, Its like a shape within a shape, with the holes around the side of it.

Project 22: curves

For this project you had to take some photographs of curved lines.

The path curves up to the bus stop in the distance.

Both walls curve through under way.

I like how the stones taper off to the left.

I took this photograph for the curve in the road. I noticed later curves in the pat and the grass bank.

Project 21: diagonals

The tree stumps go in a diagonal direction.

The wall and the rail illustrates diagonals.

There are many diagonals in this floor.

For this photograph I was taking the roofs of the mill to illustrate diagonals. when I was processing my photograph I also noticed the diagonal in the road markings.
